Do you have doubts with your standing measurement? Get a tape measure, sheet of paper, and a pencil.

*We recommend that you measure your foot at the end of the day is when it will be most loaded and therefore more expanded.

1. Put the sheet on the floor next to the wall. Position yourself standing on top of the sheet with feet together and heels glued to the wall. Then mark the pencil as far as your longest finger reaches. Take the sheet of paper and measure the distance from the edge to the pencil mark.
