1.Ordering products: ordering through kokefashion.com can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can order by adding products in your size by clicking on “Add to cart”.

In the cart, the customer can choose the quantities or cancel the purchase of a product. When the customer has selected all the desired products, he goes to the cart and confirms by clicking “Finish purchase”, then enters his data, selects the payment method and confirms by clicking on “Submit order”.

2. Payment: all prices are expressed in  currency (EUR) with VAT (25%).
The customer pays for the ordered products by card.
For all EU countries, delivery is charged 15,26 €.

3. Delivery: the ordered clothes will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged during normal transpor. We deliver orders to the customer’s address via GLS service. The deadline for delivery of the order is 2-6 working days from the date of receipt of the order. The deadline for delivery of the order does not include: the day of receipt of the order, time of delay due to incorrect address to which delivery is made, time of delay due to force majeure, traffic jams, non-working days or days when we do not receive orders.

COMPLAINTS AND WRITTEN COMPLAINTS

The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment when picking it up. If the package has visible damage, we recommend that the customer refuses to receive it.
By refusing receipt, the delivery service will return the shipment back to Koke d.o.o. only if the parcel is damaged.
In case the buyer wants to return the clothes, the buyer is obliged to send a written complaint to the company Koke d.o.o., to e-mail: info@kokefashion.com or in writing to the address: Koke d.o.o., Trg Republike Hrvatske 4, 22 000 Šibenik.
In the case of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid (exclusively to the customer’s bank account) or exchange for the same product or another product in the same equivalent, ie. with a surcharge if necessary.
In case the package is damaged, the customer should send a photo of the damaged package and use that photo when filing a complaint.
If it is determined that the buyer has not affected the defect or damage the clothes, the cost of returning the clothes shall be borne by Koke d.o.o. In the case of a justified complaint within the deadlines set by the Civil Obligations Act, the entire cost of replacing the product with a new product is fully borne by Koke d.o.o.

LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFICIENCIES

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the relationship between the consumer (end user) and Koke d.o.o. company, in the case of a material defect in the product, the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act (OG 35705, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) on liability for material defects apply.

UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The buyer can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment for clothing and items that have not been remanufactured (shortened, reworked at the request of the buyer) then return and replacement of the product is not possible.
In order for the buyer to be able to practice the right to unilateral termination of the contract, he must notify Koke d.o.o. on its decision on unilateral termination of the contract before the deadline by sending a completed standard form for unilateral termination of the contract by mail to Koke d.o.o., Trg Republike Hrvatske 4, 22 000 Šibenik or by e-mail to info@kokefashion.com form for unilateral termination of the contract.

DATA PROTECTION WHEN PURCHASING

Koke d.o.o. undertakes to respect the anonymity and privacy of the user and will use and process the data exclusively for the purpose specified in these conditions.

Koke d.o.o. may collect user personal information such as name, address, OIB, telephone number or email address only if the same customer voluntarily accepts to do so.

Koke d.o.o. will use this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations. When ordering through the site, we retain customer order information for our records. NEWSLETTER

In order to receive the notifications via e-mail address, the user needs to subscribe to the Newsletter by entering the e-mail address to which he wants to accept the Newsletter in the subscription form. By subscribing, the user gives consent to the use of the given data which will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending the Newsletter to the given e-mail address. The user can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the link located on the “Newsletter unsubscribe”.

REMARK

The colors in our photos cannot 100% match the colors in reality. Please note that each screen conveys a specific color differently. We would like to note that our craft shop mainly produces the above series where each copy differs in some way, therefore there’s not a single identical example. There are small differences in the freedom of our expression, we also ask you to take into account that the measurements in centimeters are approximate because most items are asymmetrical circle and uneven edge and therefore there are possible deviations.

The product dimensions on the page are approximate and do not fully correspond to those in reality. We do not accept complaints for color deviations and for measures but if you are dissatisfied with the order, we accept replacement or refunds at the expense of the customer.

Web shop opening hours:

The order can be placed 24 hours a day, any day of the week. The order will be received on business days, the next day.

Monday – Friday from 7 am to 3 pm (we do not work on weekends and holidays).
