COMPLAINTS AND REPLACEMENTS

If the ordered “Kokica” does not suit you, we will be happy to replace it with another model or size. If by chance there was an omission on our part, we will be happy to correct it. Before returning any item back, please be sure to contact us by phone or e-mail to explain you the process.

Please provide all the information in the e-mail as in the order, and expect our response in 14 days. You can send all other inquiries and requests related to the replacement or return of the product and the termination of the contract to the same e-mail.

Product replacement is possible within 14 days of receiving the package. Replacement can be arranged only by e-mail: info@kokefashion.com

Please provide us in the e-mail with your order data, invoice number and in detail which item you are returning and which you want in exchange.

Replacement costs are paid by us (Koke d.o.o.).

We accept complaints:

– if the clothes were delivered with a defect, ie. damage

– if you received clothes you did not order

In the case of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or a replacement for the same product or another product in the same equivalent, ie. with a surcharge if necessary.

In the case of a justified complaint with in the deadlines set by the Civil Obligations Act, the entire cost of replacing the product with a new one is fully borne by Koke d.o.o.

Unilateral termination of the contract – termination of the contract (return of clothes) is possible within 14 days of receipt of the package. You can return our product that has not been worn, declared and is free of any damage within 14 days. In case of product return, the buyer returns the clothes at his own expense.

The buyer is obliged to enclose a one-sided form for termination of the contract, which we will send you by e-mail. Before sending and returning the goods, please contact us by e-mail first to arrange all the details.

 

The buyer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract or to replace:

-if the period of 14 days has passed since the receipt of the package

-if the product shortening service is selected.

 

Notes: The colors of the products in our photos do not have to be 100% real. We try to convey all information and appearance as accurately and faithfully as possible, but color shades can vary in reality. Please note that each screen conveys a specific color differently. We also note that most of our clothes are unique and therefore there are always small differences in the garments, so each item is the same but different.

The dimensions of the products on the site are approximate, most of our models are asymmetrical and have an uneven edge, and the measurements do not fully correspond to those in reality, small deviations are possible.

We do not accept complaints for measures and deviations from the color, but if you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you can replace it or return it at your own expense within 14 days.
